↑ STATE B — Card info recorded (Visa, Chase, Luhn-validated). Payment link sent, status progression visible: ✓ PENDING → ✓ LINK SENT → OPENED → PAID. Resend button available.
↑ STATE C — Paid. Card info dims (reference only, wasn't charged). Right side shows full payment detail + RoadSync receipt link. Customer paid with a DIFFERENT card from what dispatcher recorded — the customer chose their own card on RoadSync's hosted page.
